“Maxim Gerasimov, who shares the virtuosic spotlight as Tybalt, performs amazing leaps of classic Russian tradition. He seems to hang in midair until he elects to arch himself and land in a new direction — and on one foot.”

PROJECTS and SHOWCASES
As a leading ballet educator at LA Dance, I develop, innopvate and implement comprehensive training programs for students of varying levels, focusing on mental development, technical mastery and artistic expression. My teaching combines the traditions of the Russian ballet school with modern pedagogical approaches, emphasizing injury prevention, anatomical awareness, and the psychological well-being of dancers.
I mentor young artists, preparing them for professional careers and competitions, while fostering a deep understanding of ballet as both a technical discipline and a performing art. Through my guidance, students gain not only strong technique but also the ability to convey emotion and narrative through movement, reflecting the holistic philosophy of my methodology "Respect, Care, Interest".
